Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
Please record the order number for future reference, If you face failed delivery / late delivery / product defect on arrival / product 1st use failure etc, this order number is import reference info.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Eventhough some of the deal we provide Free delivery, the delivery are arrange by courier company. we have several courier partner to support us. If customer request us to use specify courier company, there might be some surcharge applied. Courier company collect our goods every Monday to Friday afternoon except public holiday. certain item might face longer restock and repack lead time, we would inform you for further instruction. Our Delivery usually will takes about1 working day to 5 working day. Please contact email@example.com if you not receive the goods after 7 WORKING DAYS.

All our post are limited delivery to Peninsular Malaysia only. There is delivery surcharge for Sabah, Sarawak , Langkawi , Labuan or certain island.

Q. What are your cancellation, return and exchange policy?
Cancellation of Orders
All orders which have already pcik up by courier from our warehouse cannot be cancelled or altered. If the item just packed but not yet pick up by courier company and you have good reason to cancel order, we would charge some packing and document preparation surcharge to deduct the refund. our recommendation is choose similar price item for exchange.
Return and Exchange Policy
We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated. Please check the following exchange guidelines :
Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, not damaged and in re-saleable condition together with any associated accessories and documentation. Please note that no right of cancellation exists where the item you wish to return is audio, video or computer software products that have been removed from the sealed package in which they were delivered.
Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for exchanges
All exchange items will have to be sent to us at Customer’s own cost and risk. Customers will have to bear the delivery charges incurred when returning the goods.
We recommend items for exchange are sent to us via recorded delivery service to provide you with proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that the items do not get damaged in transit and please insure them if possible. We reserve the right not to accept the return. Our recommend way is come to our warehouse for exchange.
Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by the customers. if the exchange is cause by seller wrong send error or product defect on 1st use (within 3 day receive) or product damage during courier, the delivery fee would be borne by keyogenshop.
For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be credited into customers' accounts with us as shopping points (with cash value), which can be used by the customers for their future purchases with us. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference before we deliver the goods.
For branded item, if you have pass our defect on arrival warranty period, you still could claim the defect to brand owner, if you are not sure which or where to claim, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org . our customer service in charge would help you.
We provide defect on arrival warranty. Even our store procedures is to check items before deliver to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We will then either deliver a new set of product or replace the broken parts if possible to you at no cost.
