Q1: Why BigAnt needs three cartridges instead of one?

Three cartridges are designed to obtain optimum clean and healthy filtered water. First cartridge is designed to remove the bigger particles such as dirt, rust, worms, and also chlorine. Second cartridge gives healthy features to the water, which is weak alkaline and high anti-oxidant. The last cartridge is UF hollow fiber membrane, with 0.1 micron porous size which is able to filter out the majority of bacteria while retain the essential minerals.

Q2: BigAnt is small in size, is it mean the filtration performance is less effective?

BigAnt is small but gives optimum filtration performance, perhaps better than most of the table top water purifier. The filtration material used in BigAnt cartridges are better grade and compact.

Q3: Can the filtered water be drink directly?

Yes. If the purifier is not being used for more than 8 hours, flush the water for >10 seconds before drinking.

Q4: There are many types of faucet design, is BigAnt suitable for all types of faucet?

BigAnt is designed to suit majority types of kitchen faucet. If you need clarification, we recommend you to visit our nearest dealer for further information.

Q5: How long can the filter cartridges last?

The first and last cartridges can be cleaned manually. We recommend to you to clean the cartridge when you noticed the water output to be unusually slow. We recommend to you to replace all three cartridges every six months, or after 2000 liters of filtered water usage, whichever comes first.
